How can I buy my Loyto Watch?
You can purchase the watch directly from our online store by visiting the Shop section and following the checkout process. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@loyto.studio and we’ll be happy to assist you.
What warranty does the Loyto Watch have?
Loyto Watches include a two-year warranty on any manufacturing defects. If your watch has a legitimate manufacturing defect, contact us at hello@loyto.studio with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. During the warranty period, you can request: free repair of the defect, replacement (if repair is not possible) or refund (in applicable cases). is the Loyto Watch waterproof?
The L1 Loyto Watch is rated 5 ATM / 50M, which means it is safe for everyday water exposure and light swimming. However, repeated or prolonged exposure to water can accelerate wear, especially on the leather strap, so we recommend avoiding unnecessary water contact.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept payments via PayPal. Other payment options may be added over time.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes.If you need an invoice, email us at hello@loyto.studio with your order number and the required billing information, and we will send it to you.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, once you enter your shipping address.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 days.For Mainland Spain, delivery is usually 3–5 days.
Do you ship outside the EU?
The watch is currently available for delivery within the European Union.For orders outside the EU, please contact hello@loyto.studio for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@loyto.studio with your order number. We will respond promptly to assist.
Can I return my Loyto Watch?
Yes.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days after receiving your watch.To start a return, email hello@loyto.studio with your order number.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive the returned watch and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 days, issuing it back to your original PayPal account.

How should I care for my Loyto Watch?
To keep your watch in the best possible condition:- Avoid prolonged exposure to water and moisture- Avoid strong impacts and chemicals- Clean with a soft, dry clothThe leather strap may age naturally with wear, which is normal and part of its character.
Is the leather strap replaceable?
