Loyto Watches include a two-year warranty on any manufacturing defects. If your watch has a legitimate manufacturing defect, contact us at hello@loyto.studio with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. During the warranty period, you can request: free repair of the defect, replacement (if repair is not possible) or refund (in applicable cases). The L1 Loyto Watch is rated 5 ATM / 50M, which means it is safe for everyday water exposure and light swimming. However, repeated or prolonged exposure to water can accelerate wear, especially on the leather strap, so we recommend avoiding unnecessary water contact.
