How do I read the time on a Loyto watch?
The Loyto L1 uses a two-arc system instead of a traditional dial. The outer arc shows the hours. Inside it, a disc rotates continuously, one half is white (AM), the other is black (PM). The line where the two colours meet is your hour indicator. The inner arc shows the minutes: the outer band covers 0-30, the inner band covers 30-60. Two hands rotate around the arc — each has a notch that points to the exact minute. What is the case made of?
Sandblasted 316L stainless steel, the same grade used in surgical instruments. The L1K has an additional black PVD coating. The L1W has a brushed finish without coating.
Can I change the strap?
Yes. Both models use a standard 20 mm lug width, compatible with any aftermarket strap. For recommended replacement options or assistance, contact us.
How long does the battery last?
The Swiss Ronda 505.24H movement runs for approximately 2–3 years on a standard SR371 / 1.55V battery.
is the Loyto Watch waterproof?
The L1 Loyto Watch is rated 5 ATM / 50M, which means it is safe for everyday water exposure and light swimming. However, repeated or prolonged exposure to water can accelerate wear, especially on the leather strap, so we recommend avoiding unnecessary water contact.
What warranty does the Loyto Watch have?
Loyto Watches include a two-year warranty on any manufacturing defects. If your watch has a legitimate manufacturing defect, contact us at hello@loyto.studio with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. During the warranty period, you can request: free repair of the defect, replacement (if repair is not possible) or refund (in applicable cases). What is the difference between the L1K and the L1W?
The L1K is the black edition: black PVD case, black dial, black leather strap. The L1W is the white edition: brushed steel case, white dial, white leather strap. Movement, dimensions, crystal and technical specifications are identical.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, once you enter your shipping address.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 days.For Mainland Spain, delivery is usually 3–5 days.
Do you ship outside the EU?
The watch is currently available for delivery within the European Union.For orders outside the EU, please contact hello@loyto.studio for assistance.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties depending on your country's regulations.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@loyto.studio with your order number. We will respond promptly to assist.
Can I return my Loyto Watch?
Yes.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days after receiving your watch.To start a return, email hello@loyto.studio with your order number.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive the returned watch and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 days, issuing it back to your original PayPal account.

How should I care for my Loyto Watch?
To keep your watch in the best possible condition:- Avoid prolonged exposure to water and moisture- Avoid strong impacts and chemicals- Clean with a soft, dry clothThe leather strap may age naturally with wear, which is normal and part of its character.
